It is my privilege to serve the Kingdom of God by equipping leaders to start or strengthen, and multiply fresh authentic expressions of church through Consultations, Coaching Relationships and Interactive Training Events!
Coaching relationships help leaders develop their God given potential so that they grow personally and make a valuable contribution to the Kingdom. Coaching relationships last until the desired leadership and ministry transformation have taken place, usually 6-24 months.
Interactive training events are created to help you equip and encourage your leaders to accomplish the ministry God has given them. Events are available for church planting teams, church leadership teams as well as a variety of ministry or mission teams.

Coaches come alongside to help – like Barnabus. By encouraging and challenging others, Barnabus empowered them for ministry. The goal of coaching is to help someone succeed. Each person needs to discover for themselves what God wants them to do. Coaches aid that process, but they don’t direct it. Coaching is not about telling others what to do; it’s about helping them discover what God wants them to do for themselves.

Church planting movement and denominational leaders to help facilitate the development of vision and prayer strategies as well as the multiplication missional communities, churches, church planters, parent churches, coaches and church planting networks. Church planters associated with movements and networks he is serving. Regular and professional monthly coaching is proven to increase the effectiveness and growth of new church plants by 80% to 100%. Steve provides encouragement, accountability and strategic guidance to church planters and their teams. Steve has personally coached over 500 church planters and is especially gifted and facilitating communication between contemporary and missional church expressions.
Parent Church Leaders to help create ownership, select effective models, develop plans, and identify funding sources for planting new churches. Steve has helped dozens of churches to multiply, formed many Parent Church Networks and co-authored Churches Planting Churches with Dr. Bob Logan.
